Our Story

Established in 2014, Cafe Mila was the first of its kind in The Colony. Our family saw the opportunity to create a home-away-from-home environment where our customers can enjoy our menu made with fresh ingredients and our exquisite take on breakfast classics.

Our coffee is a unique blend that is locally roasted, full of flavor, and crafted specially for Cafe Mila. Our coffee syrups are made in house with zero preservatives and fresh ingredients.

Our family have been residents of The Colony for almost 20 years and use our business as a platform to give back to our community. Come on in and make yourself at home!
